Setting up a business has always been a dream of Andy’s and after spending 5 years working in the broadcast and video industries working for the likes of Film4, the time was right to move back to Yorkshire and begin the Red Pixel journey.
Friend and fellow university graduate, Tom Mayoh soon joined the Red Pixel team, and he shares the Red Pixel philosophy of creating engaging results driven video content with that special ingredient, creative storytelling.

Andy Stelmach – Director
Andy studied film production at Staffordshire University, graduating top of his class in 2013 and has been working in the industry ever since. He is Red Pixel’s lead camera operator and editor and heads up the live streaming department too.
